Non-Refundable Items: All products available at Sule's Products are non-refundable. Given the nature of our products and our unwavering commitment to food safety, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any purchases.
Quality Assurance: We wholeheartedly stand behind the exceptional quality of our products. We will swiftly assist you in addressing any issues.

Cancellation and Refunds:
If you decide to cancel your order, You must notify the Company within 12 hours from your order confirmation, preferably by phone or email and quote your order number. We will not accept any cancellation requests after the mentioned cut off time.
We may cancel an order if the product is not available for reasons that are not within our control. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
If the cancellation was made in time, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. If we can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), we would inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund.
